Often, trying to get at the heart of what your prime values are can be a challenging task. You have some idea of what is important to you, what matters, but you have never written these values down. They are unwritten rules. They are implicit rules running in the background, but they are much less useful if we don't know they are there and often they are the source of why we feel anxious or depressed.
